Company Information Accent Reduction, Inc. was created in 1996 to fill a unique void. We found that speakers of
English as a second language often had good English grammar and vocabulary skills, and could perform well in written communication, but often had speech which was difficult to understand.Since 1996, Accent
Reduction, Inc. has provided accent reduction training to a multitude of individuals and corporations. All courses are taught by speech-language pathologists who have been certified by the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association. The instructors have been additionally trained and licensed by the Institute of Language and Phonology to teach accent reduction courses. All instructors are highly skilled to meet
the needs of their clients. The owner/operators of Accent Reduction, Inc. are Linda Jacobs, M.A., CCC-SLP, and Ellen Fairbrother, M.A., CCC-SLP, Speech-Language Pathologists. Both have had extensive
experience in the field of Speech-Language Pathology in the Michigan area. |
